@revisto If you get the chance, you should try using (and encouraging others to use) Bitchat; it doesn’t rely on the internet but creates a Bluetooth mesh network with nearby devices that are using it.

You can get the apk file at https://github.com/permissionlesstech/bitchat/releases and then share it via Bluetooth.
