FlominatorToday, I completed transcribing the second half of the #grandma recording, I had started last week and while at it, I managed to complete the remaining two recordings from that 10th of October 2021 as well. There was another round of picking on poor aunt Sophie #Steurenthaler who cried for months about losing her husband to the war. Grandma was still upset on her, when Sophie passed away some 35 years later, she wouldn't even visit her corpse.
In the next recording, I asked her about her view on the events started by her uncle Joseph #Steurenthaler, that ultimately led to the murderer of #Polish forced laborer Stefan Kozłowski in 1941 (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Kozłowski-397)
