Inspired by a real life friend of mine, Batman, Ironman, Black cat and Catwoman named after the Vulcan soul Katra and obviously cats (note this was before Cathra was introduced in Netflix's SheRa adaptation)

A superrich 35 year old *trans woman who made her money by improving material flows, improving beroucracy in her home country, removing red tapes where possible.
Her company provided also security systems for the government and she bought her complete birthplace to improve its livability. She has a Iron Man like Powerarmor that looks like Batmans Outfit tailored for a cat theme meets the Hardsuits of Bubblegum Crisis. The tech in Worm is more realistic than fictional inspired so the suits doesn't scale to Iron Man more like Batmans.

Her true citizen identity isn't known openly, she patrols her

Birthplaces streets to fight of Street level thugs and occasionally super villains. Her suit contains body strength engaging tech, a high speed computer system, sound sensors and cameras that allow her a 360 degree view is needed. The sound sensors are movable ears on a sort of motorcycle helmet which has a completely mirrored face plate. The suit sports a tail that originates from a a small backpack between her shoulders, she can move it by using body muscle control sensors. The suit hast an taser system that also provides electricity to the outside on command. Retractable claws and cameras on the finger tips and boots. Kathra is a skilled melee combatant that doesn't kill people however knocking someone unconscious is her preferred way to handle people. The tail contains useful gadgets like "USB" hacking devices and can stabilize her movements or wrap around an item.

It has many scars on its doors, scratched or written, one that says free Candy/WiFi/Pokemon, because the Person's that react to this are also vulnerable to the evil manipulation of Monsters.

In it's final fight it will transform in an VW Where-golf, low rider, bass boost that counts as a sonic weapon and it has a minion/familiar that looks like an 18-25 year old masculine presenting youngster, that distracts it's enemies with weird music and bad language, which are indeed magical formula to weaken enemies.

The door bell rings, a weird dressed Person with long hair & white robes stands in front of the door as I open.
They speaks in a kind seductive way as soon as I open the door and doesn't even says something like hello. Rude first impression.

Tomb Raider ASC.

The Tomb Raider association, despite their illegal nature and despicable habits was, by all accounts, one of the best weapons in keeping the integrity of the timelines clean.
While most time travel criminals where to powerful and surrounded by power hungry idiots in life, this rarely applied to their death or grave side.
It was way easier to sweep the technology that shouldn't exist yet, after their death, sacking the corpse and replace it with a surrogate. The biggest issues the TR ASC had where actual tomb raider that didn't work for them.

Our team of 10 Misfit Veteran Street Construction Workers (MVSCW) has to deal with the chaotic situation, weird tech problems and nothing less than the complete breakdown of Section 31 is on the brink.
Can our heroes prevent the shutdown of the entire traffic?
They only have 3 days to save this part from the collapse. And of course emotional packages are involved. Can the for worker pull his team together and make a miracle happen?
