I feel like you only have a right to be mad about platforms changing content guidelines IF you're also harassing state & local governments about canning AV laws.
They're passed in over half the country at a state level & are once again being pushed at a federal level.

These are censorship laws, given a different name so you will feel guilty & be mislead about what they actually do.
They target:
#Sex workers so that we can be tracked and monitored.
Buyers so they can be tracked and monitored
1/6

#Trans gender affirming care (track & block info)
Women's sexual health material like ads for period products (not just abortion information)
Addiction recovery information
Eating disorder recovery information
HBO, Hollywood, netflix, etc.
The music industry
Video games (bye bye #dating simulators)
Magazines & News media
#Sexual health education materials
Therapy regarding sexual health
Trans people in general (digital walking while trans law)
2/6

Political information in general (are u being a treasonous little rebel)
Fashion, garments change to reflect the political atmosphere.

Oh & puts themselves directly in your bedroom watching you #fap despite #pornography being protected under the constitution as free speech.
Now they can selectively target you based on your browsing history & the content you watch.
They can grab your address & go arrest you.

Remember when everyone was freaking out because they thought the covid vaccines had GPS trackers in them?
LOL that was funny because now the SAME PEOPLE are voting for the tracking devices they so intensely feared.
That's what theses laws are babes, they're tracking devices.
They're getting the exact thing they were afraid of & destroying everyone's freedom in the process.
Now the government will be able to see everything you do, & you will have entered your ID multiple times to do it.

They know without a shadow of a doubt it was you ;)

Getting mad at platforms preparing for this changing landscape is fruitless.
They have to choose: update in accordance with the law & payment processors, or lose access.
These AV laws are cost prohibitively expensive, that's why pornhub is shut down in over 25 states. The laws are often unclear, ambiguous, & require frequently repeated verification.

Age verification costs money each time & the cost of compliance per the legal regulations is SO EXPENSIVE that operational #NSFW platforms will likely be bankrupt within a year or two.

Now you have to choose:
Sit around & wait to see what the government will do
- or -
Do something about it!
Information to call your state & local governments, as well as visa & mastercard, can be found in the @FindomFlock newsletter.
