Bonus question: what is your favorite holiday ritual?

My favorite will always be dressing up for Halloween. I still have a closet full of costumes and will dress up for any excuse.

We use to have a big dinner/watch a silly movie party on New Year's Eve but moving to a new area put the kabosh on it. We know 3 or 4 different folks that hold parties, so no one to invite . . .
