Looked this one up and the workers at this place went to the Teamsters Local 574, who helped them organize and go on strike (as is the case with most Minneapolis strikes between 1934 and 36), and subsequently join the grain millers union. The strike lasted 10 weeks. It included a 5 day sit-down strike in the plant where 40 workers were arrested. Non-partisan league (famous for "penny auctions" - look it up) legal defense helped the arrested workers. The workers won raises from 2 1/2 cents an hour to 5 cents, overtime, seniority.
