#Jeppesen probably has the most useless help chatbot I have encountered (not that I have tried many). When starting the chat I have to enter a question, but the bot then has no access to the question. The bot also has no access to either the account data or the order I wanted to ask about, and also has a wait-queue (like human helpdesk operators), and takes literally minutes to come up with: "Please contact our Europe Office as I do not have access for this request").
The only upside is that the phrasing is so bad that it seems to be a pre-LLM "agent".
