There's a woman on NextDoor accusing someone of being a scammer. When asked what the supposed scammer did, she is reprimanding people for invading her privacy. And now she's upset that people aren't believing her.

NextDoor is the best app to lurk on IMO

@dramypsyd Nextdoor is the perfect app to confirm just how crazy your neighbors really are. I gave up on it years ago. Like I eventually give up on most social media except this platform. I like not actually knowing if my #Mastodon friends are crazy, tho I suspect some are.

@dramypsyd Because I too have a morbid sense of curiousity about it, I still get regular recap emails from NextDoor and sometimes gems do pop up, like the poor bugger who just decided he was going to make it his dating app and just asked anyone for a date. Mostly, it's people asking for money though. I'd never post on it, but it makes me glad I have no idea who my apparent neighbors are. It's somehow a more desperate place than LinkedIn, which is sort of impressive.
