Osaka Museum of History (thanks Dagmar for this tip!).
Entrance fee is 600 Yen for the museum, which is great + you get a super 10th floor for taking pictures of the whole castle area!
On the left we have the NHK-Tower and on the right the Osaka Museum of History!
