Hello, Passbolt is built primarily for teams, which is why our hosted plans start at 10 users. With our current architecture, running a dedicated instance for a single user at ~€5/month just isn’t economically sustainable for us (that may change in the future).

If you’re looking for a smaller setup though, self-hosting is definitely a great option and gives you full control.
