The Good Shepherd said to the flock: "On this day, this promised day, the Day of Pi, let there by pie. Let us live this day with humility and charity and forgive those who scorn pie for they are suckling babes and they do not know what they are doing. It is foretold by the prophet Pythagoras that each year on this Day that the heavenly bodies shall come full circle thereby increasing pie twofold and so it shall be until the sun rises in the West and the Seas dry up.
