OH in some chaos circles "#deltachat is the new emacs of operating systems" ...
We are not sure about that 😂 but what we do know is we are soon bringing out releases that we have been working towards for 12 months in multiple already released steps. The funniest thing? Nothing changes on the surface which was precisely what we worked for so long ... more soon, after internal testing and some pending bug fixes land :) and no worries, there will also be interesting visible changes. Stay tuned :)

@delta comparing Delta Chat to an operating system for what? It's a simple e-mail client written in Rust! It probably doesn't even have a proper scripting language

And you can run Linux alpine (realtime e2ee- networked) and probably also emacs? Anyway. We will ask the person we overheart what they really meant with their statement :)

Ich hoff, dass die Telefonie-Fehler behoben wurden.

- Anrufe, wenn die App im Hintergrund läuft (auf meinem Xiaomi/ HyperOS 3 werden die Anrufe im Hintergrund aufgelegt oder der Ansprechpartner mich nicht mehr hört, weil die DC im Hintergrund kein Zugriff auf Mikrofone mehr hat/ bekommt)
- Anrufe nicht nur im Lautsprecher-Modus.
- Mehr Relays (Ein Sonderwunsch, kein Fehler. DC wurde nur auf 5 begrenzt)
