There's a lot of enshittification these days, but what are some desktop applications that you love? Bonus points if they're free, open-source and/or run on Windows 7 😉

I'm very fond of WinDirStat (disk space analysis) and Synkron Portable (backups/folder synchronisation) because they reliably do what it says on the tin. PNGoo (image compression) is more niche, but it's how I get my games to take up so little space despite featuring so much custom art.
