The Inter-American Commission of Human Rights (IACHR), an agency of the Organization of American States (OAS), has approved a ruling intended to protect the rights of Kakataibo indigenous in voluntary isolation. It awarded cautionary measures in benefit of the members of the Kakataibo in the Indigenous Reserve, which extends over the #Ucayali, #Huánuco and #Loreto regions.
