Fitness app on iPhone show me message to reinstall workouts app on watch. And after deleting it, I can’t find it in AppStore 😮‍💨
So now my watch can’t do workouts!

Lol, can be found by searching any visible app and clicking on developer (Apple) to show all apps of this developer, and in list I found workout 😅
[Not tested] Another idea (with loosing all) reset watch data. So all apps must be restored.
