@ItsTheManOnTheMoon @Taweret I'm pretty sure that shortly after Accelerando was published the UK banned zero-human companies implicitly by mandating that only humans could hold company directorships: if another company is a director, the chain of ownership is collapsed until the court finds a responsible human (who is then held to be responsible).
