I think he's in for a surprise. Those "vocationally trained" workers have few options when companies shift directions or no longer want to pay for that particular work. They're over-optimized in a fragile way.
Those "humanities-trained" people can do technical work, too, but have many options to shift gears as conditions change.
He just wants to control serfs. That's why he's scared of smart women.
