New finance blog post is up, nerding out over the 2025 budget (plan vs. execution), and the budget for 2026.

The most exciting part is probably the q6voice rework and mainlining which will improve audio significantly for postmarketOS and other Linux Mobile distributions on a large number of QC devices.

@postmarketOS Do you have any plans to enable any donation methods beside #opencollective which is currently preparing collaborating with #persona #KYC? It would be nice to be able to send money directly to an #IBAN account or via some not-us-based #crowdfunding platform like #steady.

fwiw opencollective the platform don't get any cut from donations to is, only our fiscal host OSE do.

we're in the process of setting up our own legal entity, but we probably aren't ready to take on all the financial/admin burden of handling donations ourselves
