#UnitedStates had done "scenario analysis" and has known and planned "for months, for weeks" [his words, not mine] that we will NOT be able to win this war with #Iran WITHOUT an international coalition.

The fastest way to lose $20 Bn is to go into a business--War Risk Insurance--you know nothing about. A VLCC has a hull value of $120 M, its cargo $120 M. A quarter billion per loss. Twenty billion doesn't go very far.
