Ronin is in a class of films (with the likes of Tora, Tora, Tora or Jackie Chan movies) that CGI can't even touch.

One of the first DVDs I ever watched, with the extras just driving home how amazing the stunt work was.

@klu9 @jackyan sure did. Big fan of #Ronin and it was watching #GrandPrix you see how Frankenheimer broke the rules to make a race film realistic. 🏎️

@klu9 Easily. I agree with Tora, Tora, Tora. Chan did amazing stuff, especially the self-directed Police Story. The village destruction scene at the start looked chaotic but it must have been expertly executed to minimize injury.
