It's interesting that Valve argues more devs should build a single executable that targets Proton as the platform whereas Unity thinks the way forward includes Linux specific binaries. Having seen "Linux builds" kind of fall off in the late stages of a game's support cycle, I'm more inclined to support Valve's philosophy. #linuxgaming

@isharacomix It needs to work, and it needs to work reliably in the future as well. They still need to be able to run via open-source software. Proton secures that pretty well IMO.
