Can someone recommend a good #irc server software (and client)?
Maybe with a bouncer integrated or a webview or smth

@peritia I highly recommend the Ergo #IRC server. It fully supports #IRCv3, does not require a bouncer, and is very easy to set up and run.
Weechat and Konversation are excellent clients. I have also heard great things about Halloy. I suggest using a client with good support for IRCv3, so that you can take advantage of all the modern features available.
