There are rumours that Vladimir Surkov has fled #Russia to ‘a country that does not have an extradition agreement with Russia’ (the UAE or Latin America are mentioned) in connection with the investigation against him concerning ‘the management of the Ukrainian direction in 2014-2020’ and formally it is supposed to be about embezzlement of the budget allocated for these activities.

#Surkov is a unique scoundrel, all the more dangerous because he gives the impression of being a gentle scholar and acts with kid gloves. Surkov was one of the ideologues of the ‘Russian Spring’ after 2014 and the curator of the ‘people’s republics’ in Ukraine, so he bears responsibility for the leadership and everything that happened there after the Russians entered Donbas in April 2014.
