Goblin Vs Dwarf.

Thorin Oakenshield meets the Goblin King.
Not quite how it plays out in the book, but call it artistic licence.

I painted this diorama as if lit only from the 2 torches at either end of the bridge.
One of those occasions when I do OSL.

The rocks of the base were made from layers of cardboard, coated in tissue/PVA and then plaster to give it texture.

The majority of the lighting was painted with dry-brushing or over-brushing (same but a "wetter" brush).
