The Composite Superman was an ex-crook-turned-janitor working at the Superman Museum. A display of high-tech-made Legion of Super-Heroes figures struck by lightning somehow granted him all their powers, thus the ridiculously long Amazo-esque list. (Now wondering who'd win between Amazo and CS...)
