Normal-ish Breakfast and Lunch tomorrow… then I'm on clear-fluids only, with a light serving of Macrogol for dinner.

Ugh I hate colonoscopies! Be glad when it's all over with Thursday evening.

@Heliograph I think something like that is being threatened on me… something I'll be resisting.

If I'm going to have a few weeks of medical downtime every 5 years, fine… but I'd rather not have bits chopped out.
