Strange question, does #Delonghi still have a good reputation?

My understanding is that they (at least used to be) pretty good?

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with my #EC885M #coffee machine, (already had it repaired twice) I'm unsure if I was just super unlucky, or if Delonghi is no longer... good?
