MAGA-Trump are destroying all good things.
From the Chesapeake Bay Foundation: The massive sewage spill in the Potomac River. Jet fuel in the James. Stormwater overflows in the Patapsco. The news lately is a sad reminder that water pollution is happening all the time. But it shouldn't be.
At the same time, the Trump administration is actively rolling back critical environmental and climate protections. Here are the facts:

A month after the Potomac spill, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which is responsible for oversight of DC Water, has yet to get involved in any meaningful way. The Potomac wake-up call should spark action to fund the major, ongoing investments needed to modernize wastewater systems across the nation.
