do you know why in #openbsd when i move mouse cursor over #chromium window it changes its size (becomes smaller)?

other windows (incl. #firefox) are respecting settings from /etc/X11/xenodm/Xresources

I'm not sure if you're under Wayland, but that second link suggests setting the cursor-theme in ~/.icons/default/index.theme too:
