Onto my next #terrain project. This will be a used fuel pod turned into a tower workshop on a backwater planet with limited access to tech. The main components are the coffee can, a vacuum crevice attachment, peanut butter lid, foam core, and match sticks from a lot I got at the thrift store. #Stargrave #Frostgrave #Warhammer #warhammer40k
Made some small progress on my fuel pod tower. The crevice attachment got sanded, and banding strips added to the can and the attachment. I've also made but not attached more balcony supports, and the coffee stirrers should be arriving today to make the balcony floor. I'm still trying to decide if I want to put this on a base or not...

There's been some significant progress on my fuel pod tower workshop! Most of the greebles I've been adding have been to try to make it look as much like this is something that would slot into a space ship and less like the coffee can it is.

This morning I did a bit more carpentry work on my tower. I've decided to skip the railing, so bigger based minis can fit on the balcony.

Today I added mesh and the cap to the top of the tower. In order to get it right, I cut the mesh too big, glued it down, and then trimmed it flush with the ring of the peanut butter jar lid. Of course it made my office stink with the super glue.

Yesterday I added a hatch out onto the balcony, and a ladder from the balcony to the top of the tower.

I think I might be done with the build stage.

Next up will be to mod podge all the foam bits before taking it out for a spray prime.

The beautiful weather yesterday meant I could take my tower out and prime it! I have a couple other things I'm working on that I need to get painted this month, so this is probably going to have to sit for a bit before I can get back to it.

It only took me 2 months to get back to my #TrashBash tower, but today I slapped on a coat of "brown" metallic craft paint, and I gotta say, I'm feeling so much happier with it now. I was really hating it all in black. But now? Now I want to keep working on it again.

I wasn't sure what color to go with for the main tank, but I think I'm going to go with the same industrial green I've used on my other trash #terrain.

More of my #TrashBash #Terrain build for #Stargrave. The painting continues. I decided to continue with craft smart lush foliage for the main tank. I've also started picking out some details. The yellow ring will have hazard stripes on it. The wood was painted with a mix of various browns, & the walls of the build out are the usual antique white. The logo going from yellow to orange to red to signify fire

I still have more details to do, & then the grime wash to help it match my other builds

@ToweroftheArchmage Beginning to look not-like-trash already. What's your radar dish?

@raven sorry, missed this...

It's... I don't know what it is. It was literally a piece of trash I found on the ground in a parking lot.
