Garmin and Peloton recently enhanced their data sharing so that now data from Peloton can be sent to Garmin! That means all the bike data that was missing can finally be integrated into my Garmin training data. If you have problems getting it to work like I did try disconnecting and reconnecting the bridge. Worked like a charm for me. #fitness #peloton #garmin
@hankg Can you actually get your own data from garmin or does it just join two walledgardens?
@abeorch You can export a ZIP file of all the data they have on you. It'll be a big collection of various data types with high resolution data usually being FIT files or GPX type data. I've been thinking of writing an archive browser/importer for my personal use. I'm pretty sure you can do a bunch of that with apps like GoldenCheetah too, but I've only dabbled with it.
@hankg I have been looking at gadgetbridge.org/gadgets/ #gadgetbridge to see whether my #Decathlon #crosstrainer works with it. I'd prefer I just got the data direct from the device rather than handing over to whoever.

@hankg I had been meaning to ask @gadgetbridge if there is a wishlist / backlog of devices that are being targetted - perhaps bit like @yunhost and their apps wishlist apps.yunohost.org/wishlist
