IIRC last I heard @[email protected] was looking at venues at Simon Fraser University.
Soon, someone should make sure to submit a track proposal. I'm not on the track selection committee so I can't promise acceptance, but I suspect what's called for is a pro forma proposal — noting the success of your event last year & include the attendee count you had from that.
