"Forget Me Nots" is a song by American #RAndB musician #PatriceRushen, released in April 1982 by #ElektraRecords as the first single from her seventh album, #StraightFromTheHeart (1982). The song is co-written by Rushen with #FreddieWashington and Terri McFaddin, and was produced by Rushen. It received very little support from the record label, but became successful on the charts, peaking at No. 23 and 22 on the US #Billboard #Hot100 and Cash Box Top 100.
