Is there someone who’s still running iPadOS 18 (previous version) on their iPad who would be willing to take a screenshot of what happens when you hold the Globe key, like below?

I’d appreciate it. My iPad is on 26 (which doesn’t have this function anymore), and I would prefer not to downgrade just for one screenshot.

@mwichary I've never seen someone refer to iPadOS 26 as Tahoe but I suppose that makes total sense to do so.

@mwichary Also, they removed the keyboard shortcut helper? What are they thinking over there? That is super useful!

I just ran over to my iPad, which is also on iPadOS 26, and confirmed you're right. I can't believe it.

@splorp @cdevroe There is a method to their madness. I think they assume that the new top-level menu is as good a discovery vehicle for shortcuts. I don’t think it’s an unreasonable argument.
