1 run down, 2 more to go! I have been running using the app "Just Run", by @jupli and I am almost ready to move on from running 5K (or 30 minutes continuously, in my case), to the 10K / 1 hour program. This app is free, has no trackers and no ads, and it is really brilliant!
It is meant to take you from no running, to 30 minutes runs in 9 weeks. I also use it to get back into running gradually after a long break. I absolutely recommend it! 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ #running #c25k

Thank you! I started the 10K program now, but a work trip and a chest cold have decided for me that I should take a break now...
@chiarapasquini That sounds sensible! If you find the 10K plan difficult upon returning, remember you can switch back to the 5K plan at any time (e.g. to run Week 9 again) and all your data will still be saved.

Yep! Your app works quite well with swapping programs and backups! And I like the gently encouraging text that goes with it. Hopefully I will be good to go soon and won't have lost too much fitness. The weather is perfect for running right now.
