Why is AI so bad at UX?
I think it's a nonsensical question, because AI doesn't think, let alone think about anything in context of a user.
It's way more interesting to ask why it doesn't do UI well, as not so much nuance is needed just for UI. But AI struggles there too. It was trained on millions of different interfaces, it knows how they look. But that's not enough, it would have to be trained also on the usage of those UIs. That is still missing.
