@Chopperwelder image descriptions, or alt text, describe what is in the image. This is done primarily for users who cannot see the image, whether due to visual impairment, low bandwidth, or other issues. In this case you might describe the whale tale as part of a sculpture, and how it is constructed, and a bit about the setting and what's in the background?
