Good News Alert! Over a year now & the nation's first #traffic #congestion law is a success. #NYC's #cleaner, safer, faster (at least the #tunnel), and businesses are doing fine. Traffic's down 9% in the region and 22% in the #zone! #Bus speeds are up only 2.3% tho. $6B already in use, $15B total to come.
