Can’t remember if I mentioned these small books I picked up a while back during a stop in Erin Ontario. Finally getting around to reading them! I’ve been thinking about doing something similar so it’s nice to see how others are combining art imagery and creative writing into artbook/chapbook objects. These are great. I will probably get more books at https://jlorito.com

Bonus: The website contains art videos!

Of these three J. Lorito books, I thought In the Tea Room/in the Keeping Room was the most haunting. It was, for me, the most personal. Using altered family snapshots, poetry and short prose, she dissects her personal relationships. Highly recommend.

Probably easiest to get from her website where she’s got lots of other books I’m going to have to get.
