Manitoba Eco-Network🗳️This past month, we’ve seen a local example of cross-organizational coalitions making change within Manitoba: the City of Winnipeg Executive Policy Committee’s proposed Safe Access to Vulnerable Infrastructure By-Law was received solely as information, and did not go to a vote at the full council meeting.
