I should have done this sooner, but I've nuked my Discord, Telegram, and will soon be nuking WhatsApp, as it's the most cursed of them all. I hate how it's so deeply entrenched in everything now, and I KNOW that's the point. I feel guilty over the WhatsApp deletion because it's used for organising something important, and it will be inconvenient to migrate; it's not something I want on my network anymore, and so it is going to be consigned to the bin as soon as is humanly possible.

@[email protected] I realise nasty behaviour will exist on most types of messaging service, ESPECIALLY the encrypted ones, but telegram seems to be a magnet for absolute horrors, and I didn't really use it much outside of monitoring stuff like the flotillas for Palestine, so I just dumped it. I can monitor them elsewhere. I miss IRC and earlier non oligarch controlled stuff, but that version of the Internet is long gone, sadly.
