Last year we tried to have our local NWS folks come out to teach a class and apparently the regime no longer allows them to do those in person

They were also understaffed and even if “allowed” there was no one available ☹️

(This was west coast - maybe in locations that have more severe, severe weather they’re still allowed to offer those classes?)

@MsMerope Pretty much the same in my part of the country. The Pandemic paused "In Person" training in my area. Since then, locally for me the training has been "On Line" via "ZOOM". The presentations were EXCELLENT.
