Your account has been disabled please contact your local library. What is the meaning of this utter nonsense on a Friday #NLSBARD? I, am, not, pleased.
@robini71 I've only seen this on my end for lack of use, but that's 30 or 90 days as I recall.
@bmmcginty Right and I'd agree with that but I've been in the #iOSApp recently so I wouldn't think I'd hit the lack of use threshold. And as books go this is the only service that does this to people. It's also why it's usually the last service which I check for books.
@robini71 @bmmcginty Yeah i rarely download things, but i have the app open regularly, and display connected, and have not had this in years.
@bmmcginty And if such a restriction exists it should be promptly displayed on the log in or the main page so it would be widely known. In fact they could also have as some other financial sites do an indicator that tells you when you'd last signed in or downloaded things. In a dream world they could generate a reminder email. We haven't seen you in a while in 5 days your account will be disabled if you take no further action. When I call them this morning, we'll be having a chat but a polite chat of course, as you can see.
@robini71 Oh no, that isn't good either.
@robini71 It's not personal. lol. Nls just likes to randomly suspend people. a bug someone hasn't squashed yet
@TheZooLady I can assure you I didn’t think it was personal at all. I don’t view the world that way.
