I have a question for all blind users. What player for Windows do you use? Recently I came to a point that it is not that easy to find an accessible player that sutes my needs. They are not that much but I need that player is completely accessible and there is an option to read tags for files. I used PotPlayer for 12 years or so but it seems like there is no such option. I didn't understand how to configure the latest version of Winamp that it works as expected and it didn't play m3u files. VLC is not a great option, NVDA-addon doesn't make it completely accessible and there is no option to read tags too. It can be really useful when playing an m3u of an internet radio to know what plays there. Or maybe I don't know something about PotPlayer? #Accessibility #Player
@Sevapopov I still use Winamp for music and 1by1 for podcasts. Still the most accessible stuff out there.
@menelion I also wish I could use it but the latest version seems a bit complicated. Does Winamp have a good audio quality? I heard that Foobar 2000's is better, but maybe this is just a rumer.
@Sevapopov Honestly? No idea, I got used to it. I've been using it for more than twenty years, so… maybe just a habit.
@menelion What version do you use?
@Sevapopov 5.9.2.10042. when installing, do not install libraries, modern skins and such visual stuff.
@Sevapopov @menelion I just wish to add #foobar2000 is verry accessible on windows.
