@impermanen_ hi, yes, hello. I too like standing against fuckwit billionaires (fuckwitaires?).
What do I do?

@impermanen_ The data centres just won't work. Space is NOT a great place for dissipating heat, it's a near vacuum so conduction and convection can't take away the heat, it has to be radiated. A data centre creates many times more heat than the ISS, which has eight 3m long radiators. The cooling array would be huge, and the solar cells for each data centre would be far larger than that. We're talking hundreds of tons for each [EDIT: terrestrial data centre equivalent - however many satellites that is].
Musk is way off base here. He's talking about putting up a million devices, each dozens of times bigger than the International Space Station.
He should be thinking of putting data centres deep in the ocean, if he wants free cooling and energy.

@impermanen_ This is important, but it is not the only way to protest.
All federal agencies are answerable to Congress. Write your congress-critters about it, too. The FCC cannot ignore them. Remember to clearly identify yourself as a constituent, using your legal name (what you file taxes under) and tax-filing / voting / legal domicile address.
Having done plenty of business with the FCC myself, I assure that this can be very effective, even decisive. Everyone has a boss.
