For anybody wondering, there seems to be no Pauper primer (or at least no public one), since the meta is just too diverse to create one.

@delet0r The Pauper Format Panel put out an updated rules/philosophy doc sometime last year that covers a lot of the format-specific edge cases. Might be worth checking their site if you haven't already. Beyond that, most of the tricky stuff is around downshifts and how rarity works across printings.
