Todor HlebarovI've finally released ToothPaste for Blender (V1.1.0) that supports pasting SVGs as Grease Pencil.
Cool thing is that they retain most of their vector properties: colours, masks, and general artwork structure is all in there.
Design. Copy. Paste as Grease Pencil. That's it!

PS: btw works with text and images too!
