Popped into my usual #ramsons spot on the way home today... needs a bit more cookin'... should be pretty good by the end of March. (Location: South Cambridgeshire... I saw a very recent utoob of someone picking decent looking leaves, but they're down Bristol way.)

On my walk back from the woods I passed this fence where the top of every post had this whole little ladybug orgy going on.

Anyway, wild garlic went into a quick prawn stir fry. Mostly veg, plus a handful of prawns. Oyster sause baaed... ginger, shaoxing, chicken stock, soy, fiah sauce.

Kat did "fish fragrant" eggplant. (No, that doesn't mean it smells like fiah.)
