AsakiyumeBack in the 1970s, there was a little-known Magic 8-Ball knockoff. It was called "Ivy League 8-Ball," and really it was just the same old Magic 8-Ball, but with thesaurus-powered synonyms for the 8-Ball's answers. Instead of "Reply hazy, try again," it would say "Rejoinder #befogged, endeavor anew." Needless to say, all those extra letters made the answers very hard to read, and the knockoff failed.
