Im US-Senat ist ein Versuch gescheitert, die Befugnisse von Präsident Trump im Iran-Krieg zu beschneiden und mehr Mitsprache einzufordern. Die Mehrheit der Republikaner lehnte die Resolution ab und stärkte Trump damit den Rücken.
